Fall Festival Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in participating in our Fall Festivals as a vendor this season. If you’re a local artisan or producer with fall-themed products and energy to share, then we encourage you to submit an application below! Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and approved applicants will receive notice of their acceptance via email as decisions are made. All logistics info and instructions for participation will be provided to approved vendors via email the week prior to the event date. Please send any questions to info@thelocalcolorado.com.

NEW – Parker Fall Fest:

We’re excited to add the Parker Fall Fest to our lineup this year! This is not the first year of this event, but it is the first year it will include a vendor marketplace! Vendors will set up on the lawn in O’Brien Park alongside family activities, a beer garden, an evening drone show, and more. 

When: Saturday, September 26th, 4PM – 7:30PM

Where: O’Brien Park, Downtown Parker

Vendor Fee: $5, plus a $45 refundable deposit to be returned upon complete participation in the event. 

Southlands Fall Festival:

Join us on October 24th, 10am-3pm, for this season’s Southlands Fall Festival. Our market will include a pumpkin patch, kids games, dog costume contest, and trick or treat trail throughout the shopping center!

When: Saturday, October 24th, 10AM – 3PM

Where: Town Square, Southlands Shopping Center

Vendor Fee: $55

Castle Rock Fall Festival:

From the changing leaves, to the soft, fall breeze there is something special about this season at Festival Park. Experience the Fall Festival full of activities, seasonal vendors and all things autumn, as well as a Halloween-themed animal booth from Nature’s Educators!

When: Sunday, October 18th, 10AM – 3PM

Where: Festival Park, Downtown Castle Rock

Vendor Fee: $80

Be specific, you may be restricted to sell only approved products specified on this list.

You may upload a copy of your proof of insurance with "Williams Family Markets" listed as additional insured here if you have it already. Otherwise, you may email a copy to info@thelocalcolorado.com upon acceptance.
1. Agreement to Abide by Guidelines: Vendor agrees to abide by all local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.

2. General Liability Insurance: Vendor must carry a valid General Liability Insurance policy. The Vendor shall provide a copy of the policy, including proof of coverage and policy dates, to the Organizer. The policy should name the Organizer as an additional insured.

3. Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the Vendor's participation.

4. Payment and Refunds: Vendor agrees to pay the booth fee, as determined by the Organizer, upon acceptance of the application. The booth fee is non-refundable.

5. Assignment and Subletting: Vendor may not assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any part of the designated booth space without prior written consent from the Organizer.

6. Compliance: Vendor shall comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organizer for the operation of the booth during the event.

7. Termination: The Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Contract and remove the Vendor from the event for failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or for any other reasonable cause.
